Whitewaller San Francisco 2018: Where to Stay

Open this week in San Francisco is FOG Design+Art Fair (January 10-14) and Untitled (January 12-14). For those traveling to the city for the fair, we’ve put together a list of top hotels to stay at while in town.

Four Seasons San Francisco
Four Seasons San Francisco opened in 2001 with 277 guest rooms and suites and 136 residential units. The hotel comprises 12 floors of the 42-floor building, with stunning interiors designed by Frank Nicholson complemented by a spa, a pool, a fitness center, an in-house restaurant, and meeting rooms.

The St. Regis San Francisco
Neighboring SFMOMA, The St. Regis San Francisco is a 260-room hotel that also houses 100 luxury residences. From a warm and welcoming hotel lobby, guests are guided to many other elegant amenities, including a spa and fitness center, a restaurant, and meeting spaces.

Fairmont San Francisco
Since 1907, Fairmont San Francisco has welcomed guests to 606 guest rooms and suites, three distinctive restaurants, meeting rooms, and a health club. Centrally located near the city’s most popular destinations, the hotel boasts two buildings, the historic Main Building and the Tower Building, with interiors designed by ForrestPerkins.

W San Francisco is an electric urban oasis in the heart of San Francisco’s SoMa district. In 2014, Hotel G opened with twelve floors of 149 design-savvy rooms, a Technogym fitness center, a meeting room, and Benjamin Cooper—the hotel’s cocktail oyster bar.

AC Hotel San Francisco Airport/Oyster Point Waterfront
AC Hotel San Francisco Airport/Oyster Point Waterfront opened in October 2017 as a stunning European-inspired property designed by CallisonRTKL. With an upscale waterfront experience on the serene San Francisco Bay, the hotel’s 187 rooms were designed to showcase the stunning views and the al fresco courtyard, complemented by AC Kitchen & Lounge, AC Library, an indoor heated pool, and a fitness center.

Clift SF
A part of sbe, the 100-year-old Clift SF is a timeless luxury boutique hotel designed by Philippe Starck.
