In order to give you the best of Miami, Whitewaller spoke with Yvonne Force Villareal and Doreen Remen, who shared their favorite spots in the city.
FAVORITE SPOT TO FIND INSPIRATION
My favorite spot to find inspiration in Miami is The Bass Museum. Their annual monumental public installations at Collins Park, the museum’s front garden, are always a highlight as are their ongoing exhibitions.

BEST OFF-THE-BEATEN-PATH PLACE TO SEE ART
Oolite Arts at 924 Lincoln Road is a residency program offering studio space to select artists. The building is full of excellent artists, working in a range of disciplines. Even in the hallways, the energy is palpable. It’s always an exciting visit.
BEST KEPT SECRET IN MIAMI
Tried and true, The Webster Miami never fails to excite. Often blurring the line between fashion, art, and design, The Webster curates a fresh and eclectic selection of apparel, always creating a unique and enjoyable shopping experience.
