Whitewaller Venice 2019: Where to Stay

Whitewaller is in Venice this week for the 58th edition of the Biennale Arte. Since we know you’ll need a place to stay, we’ve put together a list of the city’s top hotels to help make your travels as stress free as possible.

BAUER HOTEL

BELMOND HOTEL CIPRIANI
Giudecca
Belmond Hotel Cipriani welcomes guests to 96 rooms and suites, magnificent views, and an in-house Michelin-starred restaurant—Oro Restaurant. The hotel also offers spa treatments at the Casanova Wellness Centre and an array of accommodations for various views of the garden, lagoon, and St. Mark’s Square.

HILTON MOLINO STUCKY HOTEL
Giudecca
On the banks of Giudecca Island this modern Venetian masterpiece was originally a flour mill dating back to 1884. Beautifully restored, it now features 379 rooms and suites, including the newly refurbished Molino Premium Rooms. The hotel boasts seven restaurants and bars, a rooftop pool, and spa & fitness center for guests to enjoy.

PALAZZINA GRASSI
San Marco
Having recently undergone a complete renovation, the Palazzina Grassi (located in the heart of the San Marco district) is a five-star Philippe Starck–designed hotel, and a member of Design Hotels. With 26 rooms and suites varying in size, the hotel also offers cuisine and spirits from Palazzina The Restaurant and the Krug Champagne Lounge and Krug Terrace restaurant and bar.

Riva degli Schiavoni
