For Whitewaller‘s inaugural London&Paris issue, out for Frieze London 2016 this week, we handpicked a few insiders—a select group of those in-the-know on all things London—that shared with us how to navigate the city during the art fair. Next up, we have the Director of Sothebys S2 Gallery, London, Fru Tholstrup, who shares her top spots to eat, drink, network, and relax next week.

Where to eat
Chucs on Dover Street near the gallery in Mayfair where Lucio looks after me. My favorite dish is the cobb salad and a crisp glass of St. Joseph chablis. 28-50 on Maddox Street where you can sit at the bar on super comfy leather stools and have the most amazing sea bass or smoked salmon on lightly toasted rye bread with horseradish sauce.

Where to sip
Has to be Chiltern Firehouse in Marylebone (not far from Frieze) where they serve the best margaritas around, in fact, all the cocktails are seminal and they have the best tequila menu in town.

Where to network
My club Alfreds on Davies Street, it’s exclusive and very gown up and you never know who is going to be frequenting the club.

Where to see art
S2 The Gallery at Sotheby’s. Also The Peckham Rye Car Park in association with Bold Tendencies which has revolutionized South East London. Lights of Soho, which is a gallery specializing in neon art only which is on Brewer Street and even has a bar.

Where to have fun
The Groucho Club, where once there you can never leave….

Where to relax
I will be going to Hydra in Greece, home of the The Deste Foundation’s Slaughter House Project Space and where many artists, writers and poets have been inspired by its history, beauty and magic.

Exhibition to see in London
S2 the Sotheby’s gallery will be showcasing Taner Ceylan’s first landmark solo show in London—Ceylan is Turkey’s most prominent painter and the exhibition will be titled “I Love You,” which is a major new body of work comprising of six astounding photo-realist paintings.

The Royal Academy will be exploring an unparalleled period in American art, this long awaited exhibition reveals the full breadth of a movement that will forever be associated with the boundless creative energy of 1950s New York.
