The photography exhibition “monument/monumental” by Catherine Opie is on view at Lehmann Maupin in New York through July 2. Consisting of seven large format works from 2020, the presentation examines the complexity of the American landscape and identity during this pivotal moment in time. This timely body of work was created during Opie’s road trip across the country last year.
