A Love Letter to LA

Superposition Gallery presents a homecoming exhibition titled “A Love Letter to LA” at Phillips Los Angeles.

January 19, 2023 - February 3, 2023

Superposition Gallery presents a homecoming exhibition titled “A Love Letter to LA” at Phillips Los Angeles, currently on view through February 3. Curated by Storm Ascher, the dynamic show celebrates the gallery’s foundation in 2018 and offers a combined “love letter” to Los Angeles with written excerpts by visionaries such as Joan Didion, Nipsey Hussle, Wanda Coleman, Lynell George, and Al Young. Held in the elegant new West Hollywood residence of Phillips Auction House, the show spotlights the hypnotic artwork of Alisa Sikelianos-Carter, poignant painting by John Rivas, and spirited work by MR. WASH (Fulton Leroy Washington), as well as special pieces by Anthony Olubunmi Akinbola, Emiliana Henriquez, Knowledge Bennett, Chinaedu Nwadibia, Ginger Q, Moffat Takadiwa, and Mustafa Ali Clayton.
