Hotel Covell

In 2015, Hotel Covell opened as an independent, boutique property above the bar Covell. Its nine suites feel more like curated apartments—complete with an array of amenities ideal for hosting short- or long-term guests. Each room is visually inspired by the life of two fictional characters, and guests can follow their chapters by way of handpicked art and design.

Whitewaller recommends: Having a drink downstairs at Covell.
