Filling the first-floor galleries of The Broad through April 3 is the exhibition “Since Unveiling: Selected Acquisitions of a Decade.” The selection of 53 works spans the past 10 years of the museum’s collections, compiled since Eli and Edythe Broad first announced their plans for space’s space’s opening. Spanning topics of political struggles, American history, power, and our global present, to name a few, the presentation encompasses thematic and monographic sections, including the work of 27 artists like Cindy Sherman, Kerry James Marshall, Catherine Opie, Kara Walker, John Baldessari, Glenn Ligon, Julie Mehretu, and Shirin Neshat.
