In its eighth edition, Gallery Weekend México welcomes a lineup of 56 galleries, including a refreshing next generation of spaces that have been founded in the last three years. Marking the event, participating galleries will offer extended hours November 5—7.
Galleries, including those specializing in design, include Campeche, Galería OMR, Mascota, Plomo, kurimanzutto, Galería RGR, Galería Hilario Galguera, Studio IMA, Diez Company, and Luteca, and many more. Artist spaces to look out for during the weekend include Fundación Casa Wabi, Guadalajara 90210, Nixxxon, and Salón Silicón.
Gallery Weekend México continues to be a platform for artists who are challenging what it means to make art and collectors to connect and to highlight the local artistic scene.
