November 30, 2021 - December 5, 2021
For Faena Art’s Miami Art Week commission, the artist and creative director Pilar Zeta has conceived a large-scale immersive work, which will be revealed in the Faena District on November 30. Inviting viewers to look into the future at a post-pandemic reality, Zeta’s work simultaneously comments on our current state of transition, while celebrating Miami Beach’s rich Art Deco history through a visual oeuvre suggestive of Argentina’s Madí movement. Accompanied by a digital component that will see the structure existing in the Metaverse through the NFT marketplace Aorist, the vibrant shapes and structures of Zeta’s creation will connect to its natural surroundings to highlight the cycles of day and night.
