On February 27 via Zoom, Chef Mendes is partnering with Dewar’s for a special virtual cocktail experience entitled “Scotland meets Portugal.”

Chef George Mendes's restaurant Aldea recently closed. But for the New Yorkers that treasured the establishment’s Portuguese cuisine and cocktails, they’re in for a treat. On February 27 via Zoom, Chef Mendes is partnering with Dewar’s for a special virtual cocktail experience entitled “Scotland meets Portugal.” The Michelin-starred chef and Dewars’s master blender, Stephanie Macleod, will teach both whisky aficionados and foodies how to make a delicious Portuguese meal paired with Dewar’s Portuguese Smooth.
