Open for brunch, dinner, and disco experiences (complete with a giant disco ball seen hovering above the outdoor water feature), guests can expect to find a selection of signature Mezcal cocktails and a modern menu of Mexican cuisine filled with dishes like tamales, Mexican lobster rolls, and an exclusive taco menu conceived by Grupo Gitano Executive Chef Antonio Maldonado.
