Wine is produced using the ancient native vine species of the Apulian Fiano as well as organic extra virgin olive oil. The bar and intimate dining room ooze historic charm, perfect for afternoon teas and cocktails while the restaurant is celebrated across the region for its excellent culinary technique using ingredients from the vegetable garden and harvests. The setting resembles a 1920s garden party with its glass atrium-style windows, grandiose seating, black and white floors, and antique candlesticks.
