Among the most beautiful residences of the Gallipoli aristocracy of the 1700s, Tenuta Mose is a charming relais that transports guests to another time. Spaces feature marble floors, frescoed walls and ceilings, and eclectic furniture, opening the way to manicured gardens, an elegant outdoor pool, centuries-old olive trees, fruit groves, and a vast vineyard. Wine is produced using the ancient native vine species of the Apulian Fiano as well as organic extra virgin olive oil. The bar and intimate dining room ooze historic charm, perfect for afternoon teas and cocktails while the restaurant is celebrated across the region for its excellent culinary technique using ingredients from the vegetable garden and harvests. The setting resembles a 1920s garden party with its glass atrium-style windows, grandiose seating, black and white floors, and antique candlesticks. Rooms and suites follow the same spirit with frescoes, fine textiles, and marble ensuites with plunge pools, walk-in showers, and fountain-style bathtubs.
