Château La Coste presents “Bob Dylan: Drawn Blank in Provence,” an exhibition of the seminal singer-songwriter’s visual art on view through August 15. The show will feature 24 paintings from Dylan’s “Drawn Blank” series, based upon drawings he made while touring Europe and America between 1989 and 1991 and showcased alongside works by Claude Monet, Henri Matisse, and Marc Chagall. Alongside the paintings there will be a focus display of a large-scale triptych Dylan created in 2021, and the presentation of the site-specific ironwork “Rail Car,” Dylan’s first permanent sculpture in France.
