Continuing with the theme of investigating man-made structures in natural spaces and their consequences, Sofía Táboas presents her very own, “Gama Térmica,” (“Thermal Range”) at Museo Jumex. The idea is explored through her sculptures and installations that create boundaries with mutable materials. Her work challenges seemingly separate spaces and delimits interactions between living things and objects. The show is interactive, offering a series of conversations on the gallery’s work as well as theoretical and practical courses.
