Creative studio Rhizomatiks puts a focus on the relationship between humans and technology. In its first large-scale institutional exhibition, “rhizomatiks_multiplex,” the collective presents creations across a range of digital media demonstrating an overview of its projects. Viewers at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo will see artworks and installations encompassing areas like visualizations of data, hardware and software development, and the ambiguity between the virtual and real in a presentation that explores the new role of the artist in a digital-centric post-COVID-19 society.
