Worship Works

“Worship Works,” an exhibition of new works by Genesis Tramaine, is on view at Almine Rech through August 1. Inspired by the artist’s religious faith, the show features paintings that began as blind contour drawings, in which Tramaine let her belief guide her through the creation of unique forms. Each piece is titled with an affirmation, exploring topics of blindness and vulnerability in relation to Christianity.
