“I AM THE OBJECT” at Hauser & Wirth features a selection of rarely seen works by the late artist Jack Whitten, made between 1991—2000. Featured in the exhibition are multidimensional creations that blur the lines between sculpture and painting, including works from the artist’s “Totem,” “Mask,” and “Black Monolith” series.
