Paolo Marella, born in 1987, is a freelance journalist. Currently he is based in Venice where he's studying the Economics of Cultural Heritage at Ca' Foscari University. He writes for Artribune and Flash Art in Italy. He has interviewed Sebastião Salgado, Gianni Berengo Gardin and Anthony Caro. He worked at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and the Francois Pinault Foundation in Venice. He is also a press officer and he collaborated in the press office of the Carnival of Venice.
