Kate Hayashi is a writer and editor hailing from Berkeley, where she is pursuing BAs in comparative literature and computer science. She edits for Berkeley Fiction Review, UC Berkeley’s oldest and most prestigious prose journal, which publishes innovative short fiction from an international cohort of authors.
