Moncler Grenoble Brings a High Fashion Attitude to a High Altitude

At 2,008 meters above sea level, Moncler Grenoble redefines luxury fashion as their fall/winter 2025 show takes over the runway of the Courchevel airport.

Paying tribute to the brand’s origins, Moncler Grenoble spent the weekend celebrating the rugged yet luxurious spirit that defines the brand’s legacy. Reaching new heights, Moncler invited guests to begin their experience at Trois Vallées, where adventurers could explore the slopes on skis, snowboards, and snowshoes. Those seeking a more leisurely pace were welcome to sit back and enjoy the panoramic views of the breathtaking mountains Moncler Grenoble has long called home, from the comfort of local balconies.

Born in the mountains, Moncler Grenoble has long been committed to making higher grounds more attainable. With its mountaineering roots and endless pursuit of functional beauty, Moncler Grenoble’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection thrives in the remarkable altitudes of the Courchevel airport

Freshly fallen snow enveloped the iconic runway of the Courchevel airport, transforming it into a dreamy winter wonderland and setting the stage for “Altitude as an Attitude”. As the night approached and the sunlight faded, soft white rays cast a luminous aura infusing warmth into the open-air venue. A U-shaped runway sitting among snow-covered peaks created an intimate yet grand spectacle, while guests, wrapped in snow-white duvets, mirrored the pristine glow of the surrounding landscape. A live orchestra heightened the sensory experience, bringing the atmosphere to life in harmony with the elevation of the setting and the refinement of the collection.

Peak Performance, Urban Elegance

Drawing inspiration from the desire to embrace individuality and urban style while being ready to transit from city to summit, “Altitude as an Attitude” presents 140 looks that challenge the restrictive fit of traditional winter wear. Crafted using Moncler Grenoble’s “sartorial tech approach”, this collection merges fashion with function through rigorous research and innovation, pushing the boundaries of traditional alpine apparel.

The collection’s adaptability is showcased through an unexpected fusion of materials. Drawing from both workwear and formalwear, it seamlessly integrates sturdy canvas and denim with refined wool in pied de poule patterns, while tactile bouclé is treated to withstand alpine resilience. Warm knitwear is woven throughout, appearing in outerwear, skirts, and chunky underpinnings. Tweed-like fabrics, crafted from intricate wool embroideries over nylon laqué micro patchworks, form sophisticated two-piece sets while ski suits and shells come alive with intricate intarsia merging elegance with performance. Presented in a carefully curated palette of white, beige, brown, and grey–enhanced by flashes of light blue, striking red accents, and hues of navy and black– “Altitude as an Attitude” merges high-performance design with elegant sophistication to redefine luxury fashion.
