Menswear designer Advani held a pop-up event on December 2 and 3 in Miami at The Raleigh Hotel on the pool deck. Available for purchase was the London-based brand’s collection of Indian-inspired, Savile Row-made jackets, tunics, vests, and trousers.
A highlight for Art Basel Miami Beach week was a limited-edition tunic designed in collaboration with British artist Clym Evernden, whose previously worked with Louis Vuitton and Loewe. The white long shirt features an illustrative line drawing of a bird perched on a branch on the top left chest. “It was a dream collaboration,” said designer Abhishek Advani.
To celebrate, Evernden and Abhishek hosted a cocktail with Kyle Hotchkiss Carone on Wednesday, December 2, where guests like Mark Guiducci, Matthew Foley, Daniel Thawley, Olivia Colson, Jay Ezra Nayssan, Raphael Chatelain, Youssef Nabile, Alexander Adler, Daniel Hettman, Rafael Prieto, and Tyana Masic could see the new collaboration first-hand, sip champagne pool-side, and shop the collection.
