Brand New: GCDS x Wolford, Givenchy’s TK-360 Sneaker, and More

In this week’s edition of Brand New, we’re looking at the newest, modern releases from Bea Bongiasca, Givenchy, Lee Broom, and more.

This season, GCDS has partnered with Wolford for a brand-new sustainable athleisure collection of monogram bodysuits, crop tops, and leggings for a streetwear-inspired take on activewear. The GCDS x Wolford crossover features three neutral color ways, animal print knits, and a camo-esque matching set giving workout wear a zest of luxury.

Bea Bongiasca’s latest dropSugar, Spice, and Equal Rights” is a feminist 90s-inspired moment of glam with 18k gold rings, earrings, and necklaces to honor the heroines of our childhood—from the Spice Girls to Hermoine Granger. The collection includes a delicious selection of precious custom cut aquamarine hearts, pink marquise tourmalines, green pear tourmalines, as well as white diamonds.

This season, Givenchy is presenting an avant-garde statement in men’s fashion with the TK-360, Creative Director Matthew M. Williams’s “dream shoe.” The fully knitted sneaker is revolutionary for its single-piece structure made from state-of-the-art technologically fusing technical prowess with a custom-molded modern shape. For the sneakerhead in your life, the TK-360 is available in classics like black or white, as well as seasonal shades of acid yellow, graphite gray, camel beige, navy, and light pink.

In June, Lee Broom will present an ethereal collection inspired by places of worship entitled “Divine Inspiration.” One of the fixtures, Vesper, is specifically influenced by the geometric lines of Brutalist sculpture and modernist cathedral lighting and is sure to imbue any space with a sacred delicacy.

As their second collaboration infused with surreal undertones and an attitude of rebellion, MM6 Maison Margiela and Eastpak has released a collection of garments sure to push artistic boundaries The collection is meant to reject conventionality through juxtaposition, ‘dripping’ iterations, and gravity-defying movement of collars and scarves.
