Recently, I was captivated by the mystic splendor and vibrant palette of paintings by Alejandro Pinero Bello, an artist represented by the brilliant gallerist Katia D. Grab a bicycle and go get lost in the streets of Wynwood, MiMo, or Little Haïti. Miami has some of the best art collections: Rubell, Margulies, de la Cruz, that complement the ICA, the PAMM, and the NSU art museum Fort Lauderdale. The beautiful estate of Vizcaya, on the way to Coconut Grove, is also a gem. If you can experience the coast by boat, you will see some amazing sculpture gardens such as the Braman collection on Indian Creek.
