Last night at the Guggenheim, Dior presented a star-studded pre-gala party in the museum’s stunning rotunda. There for the 2018 Guggenheim International Gala, guests joined in celebrating its honorees—the Edmond de Rothschild Foundation and philanthropists Dimitris Daskalopoulos and Alice Walton—for their immense generosity and support of the museum.
The sixth annual gala is a premiere benefit for the Guggenheim calendar of events, raising significant funds for the museum’s world-renowned exhibition program. And special for the night was a very decadent pre-gala party by Dior, with cocktails, conversation, and live performances.
Joining Dior’s creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri were guests like Jhene Aiko, Kat Graham, Sofia Hublitz, Anna Baryshnikov, Olivia Palermo, Winnie Harlow, Harley Viera Newton, Gemma Ward, Adesuwa Aighewi, Princess Olympia of Greece, and Chloe Wise—all dressed in Dior and Dior Men’s. After sips of champagne and mingling with art and fashion leaders, the event culminated with a special performance by singer-songwriter Jorja Smith and DJ set by Amrit.
