Julia Stoschek Collection’s exhibition “A FIRE IN MY BELLY” features works from the collection by 36 artists including names like Cyprien Gaillard, Barbara Hammer, Sophia Al-Maria and Anne Imhof. Named for David Wojnarowicz’s unfinished film A Fire In My Belly (Film In Progress) and A Fire In My Belly (Excerpt) from 1986–87, the show explores experiences of loss and violence through media like film, photography, painting, sculpture, poetry, and more.
