Bouchon’s Newest Outpost in Miami
Seven-Michelin-starred Chef Thomas Keller brings his revered French bistro, Bouchon, to Coral Gables with unforgettable dishes and interiors. Joining its original outpost in Yountville, California, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and Las Vegas location, the new space is housed in the historic La Palma building, reimagined by Jose Ortega and Marc Schwarzberg of Maven Real Estate. Warm interior design realized by Adam D. Tihany spans a main dining space, a courtyard, and a private dining room. At first, guests are greeted to a chic mosaic floor, antique light fixtures, and hand-painted Surrealist murals by the French painter Paulin Paris. Once you are seated, classic Chef Keller dishes join curated wine and cocktail lists, and make this an instant neighborhood favorite.
