Carol Bove

David Zwirner has debuted two concurrent exhibitions of work by Carol Bove, coinciding with The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s current presentation of “The Facade Commission: Carol Bove, The séances aren’t helping.” Open at the gallery’s West 20th Street location, “Chimes at Midnight” features a suite of 7 large-scale, vertical sculptural works engaging the limits of physicality and perception. And at the East 69th Street gallery, Bove’s collage sculptures play with geometric forms that interact with the space’s Donald Judd tables.
