The second iteration of Simon Kim’s New York–based Michelin-starred Korean restaurant COTE in Miami was recently awarded a Michelin star. This means the locations are among just two concepts in the U.S. with Michelin stars in multiple cities. COTE Miami features sumptuous meals on smokeless grills at each table, complemented by an esteemed beverage program. Chef David Shim, beverage director Victoria James, and master sommelier Mia Van de Water deliver unparalleled service and a comprehensive dinner and drink menu to remember.
