Kunsthaus Zurich’s contribution to the debate surrounding climate change, “Earth Beats” looks at the disaster through a selection of nature-centric artworks dating from the present-day back to the 1700s. The first exhibition in the museum’s new space, recently built by David Chipperfield, the presentation aims to evoke in viewers a sense of urgency and active contemplation around the climate crisis through a series of landscapes. Open through February 6, 2022, the show features works across a range of mediums, including names like Herbert Brandl, Katie Paterson, Oliver Ressler, Vivian Suter, Vaughn Bell, Joseph Beuys, and Julian Charrière.
