Coinciding with the Centre Georges Pompidou’s major retrospective of Georg Baselitz, Thaddaeus Ropac is debuting an exhibition of the artist’s new drawings. Open through November 13, viewers will find a series of ink and watercolor compositions on paper, which explore a new dynamic through the use of a saturated, sanguine palette. Moving away from his recent use of black ink, the works include his recurring muse—his wife, Elke.
