Harry Moody: Celebrations in Color

Harry Moody’s “Celebrations in Color” presents a series of the artist’s abstracted oil paintings, created within the last few years. Influenced by his professors from the 1970s and 1980s, like Gerhard Richter, Thomas Bayle, and Josef Beuys, Moody’s works are recognizable for their layers of textural, colorful paint, which are the result of the artist’s practice of moving beyond his conscious self when creating.
