In 2014, Hotel G opened with twelve floors of 149 design-savvy rooms, a Technogym fitness center, a meeting room, and Benjamin Cooper—the hotel’s cocktail oyster bar. In addition to three stunning penthouses on the 12th floor, added in June 2018, the hotel also opened the seafood restaurant Ayala last December.
