Jadé Fadojutimi’s debut solo museum exhibition, “Yet, Another Pathetic Fallacy” offers a comprehensive look at the artist’s practice through a suite of works imagined especially for the exhibition and a selection of existing creations. Combining elements of abstraction, figuration, object, and landscape, Fadojutimi’s large-scale paintings have been made with a palette of dynamic colors and layers of invigorated strokes and markings suggestive of imagery like stained glass and plant life, titled enticingly with names like Phantoms come with a shadow of touch.
