Artist Katie Bell’s solo exhibition, “ARENA,” is on view at Spencer Brownstone Gallery through June 20. The show explores the interplay of demolition and construction, stasis and deterioration through a collection of found and fabricated forms. Building on Bell’s interest in the reaction between form and space, her sculptures demonstrate the dynamic performative quality of static everyday objects.
