Pierre Gagnaire à Séoul, located in the central business district on the 35th floor of the Executive Tower of LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL, brings southern French cuisine to Seoul. The restaurant’s interior was inspired by a garden of Versailles Palace, exuding luxury with views of the Seoul cityscape against Bukhansan Mountain to admire alongside a meal. 80% of ingredients are locally sourced in the Michelin-star restaurant. The Paris-based chef opened the eponymous fine dining establishment in 2008 with a reopening in 2018.

Whitewaller recommends trying one of the more than 250 wine labels available in the cellar.
