The group exhibition “Second Nature” is on view at the seasonal pop-up exhibition space in Aspen, co-curated by Lehmann Maupin and Carpenters Workshop Gallery. To explore the impact of industrialization to the natural world and the coexistence of the two, the show features unique mixed media works including medical illustrations, charcoal and wood reliefs, light sculptures, and more. Participating artists and designers include Maarten Baas, Camanpa Brothers, Nacho Carbonell, Wendell Castle, Paul Cocksedge, Vincenzo De Cotiis, Ingrid Donat, Mandy El-Sayegh, Najla El Zein, Teresita Fernández, Steven Haulenbeek, Lee Bul, Liu Wei, Liza Lou, Frederick Molenschot, Angel Otero, Rick Owens, Charles Tevelyan, and Joep Van Lieshout.
