The Giacometti: A Family of Creators

Opening July 3, Fondation Maeght presents “The Giacometti: A Family of Creators,” a unique exhibition highlighting the multifaceted creativity of the famous Giacometti family as an artistic dynasty of painters, sculptors and architects.

Bringing together the Giacometti family’s work for the first time in France, the exhibition offers audiences the opportunity to discover the talent and artistic influence of each member of this remarkable family in their respective fields as well as the exploration of their place in 20th century art history and their inter-family relationships.

Approximately 30 major sculptures and drawings from Fondation Maeght’s collection will be exhibited, alongside paintings, films, archived photographs and objects from the five artists.
