This summer, there is much to do and see in Saint-Tropez. Here are some of our restaurant and bar essentials to visit in between Côte d’Azur beach days, art shows, and more.
Maison Revka
In June 2023, Maison Revka took its renowned Slavic restaurant in Paris’ 16th arrondissement to the South of France. Just one year later, it has become a prime choice for a midday lunch or a serene evening dinner. Designed by the architect Corinne Sachot, the Slavic-inspired restaurant draws from the charm of its original Parisian location, but with a summery, warm twist.
The location offers several exclusive lounge areas and welcoming dining spaces to follow a day in St. Tropez. Outside, wrought-iron floral armchairs and glowing lanterns foster an enchanting and simultaneously elegant dining setting that match Maison Revka’s sophisticated à la carte menu. Exterior tables are shaded by century-old Plane trees, which allow dappled sunlight to warm guests seated in the serene gardens. Inside, the sumptuous interior has echoes of the restaurant’s Paris location with rich wooden paneling and floral ceilings.
What we love: Stopping by Maison Revka’s boutique, which offers over 100 classic goods ranging from caviar to table linens.

Salama
Since 1999, Salama has welcomed visitors to explore the joy, excitement, and delicacies of Moroccan cuisine. Two years ago, the restaurant relocated to the famous Villa Romana next to Place des Lices, continuing its fusion of contemporary, traditional, and Moroccan interior design.
From day to night, the restaurant’s warm cuisine aligns perfectly with the space’s vibrant interior and exterior setting. Every design detail speaks to Salama’s hospitality and the authenticity of its Moroccan roots. From handcrafted mosaics to hanging lamps to earthy pottery, the space is laden with details that make the restaurant an essential stop on the Côte d’Azur.
What we love: Enjoying the restaurant’s live music at night.

La Réserve à la Plage
For La Réserve à la Plage, the sunny Côte d’Azur is the main source of design inspiration. A collaboration between owner Michel Reyvier and designer Philippe Starck, La Réserve à la Plage provides a unique dining experience for those soaking in the French Riviera’s sun rays. The dreamlike bohemian space invites visitors to savor the sunny flavors of la Réserve’s menu, designed by Eric Canino, Executive Chef of the two Michelin star restaurant La Voile at La Réserve Ramatuelle, and Nicolas Cantrel, chef at La Réserve à la Plage.
Encompassed by soft and light hues, the dreamy atmosphere smoothly matches with the bright blues of la Réserve à la Plage’s Mediterranean views. The space’s furniture is enhanced with luxurious Loro Piana materials, adorned with the maison’s signature motif.
What we love: Profiting from the restaurant’s private beach after a fulfilling meal.

On Saint-Tropez’s dazzling Pampelonne beach, Verde Plage embraces the spirit and vigor of the Côte d’Azur. The fun-loving restaurant and bar merges haute cuisine with electric live DJ sets and performances, hosting a diverse lineup of performers including Artbat, Caiiro, and others.
With its friendly cuisine offered by Michelin chef Thibault Sombardier, the relaxed dining space allows visitors to keep their feet in the stand but enjoy an elevated meal. The outdoor restaurant provides visitors with a panoramic view of the bright beach landscape. After their meals, guests are welcomed to Verde Plage’s sandy beach loungers, complete with a modern and comfortable white and driftwood palette.
What we love: Stopping by Verde Plage’s “Wild Festival Beach Party,” a weekly celebration on Wednesdays.

Cucina Byblos
Next to the iconic Hôtel Byblos Saint-Tropez and under the romantic drapery of looming trees, Cucina Byblos welcomes visitors for an authentic taste of Italian cuisine. Warmly-decorated and colorful tables are illuminated by dangling lanterns, providing the perfect backdrop.
With both its menu under chef Alain Ducasse and vibrant decoration, Cucina Byblos blends the flavors and delight of an Italian trattoria with the ingredients and influences of the Côte d’Azur.
What we love: Enjoying the restaurant’s plentiful menu, from the sharing plates and antipasti to desserts.

Byblos Beach Ramatuelle
A 15 minute drive from Hotel Byblos, Byblos Beach Ramatuelle is an extension of the brand’s offered experiences on the Côte d’Azur. The beach restaurant offers a menu with light Mediterranean cuisine, and its chefs uplift the quality of fresh products from surrounding locals. Dishes and drinks are the products of in-depth savoir-faire, bringing guests a vibrant dining experience.
Designed by Francois Frossard and The Design Group, the restaurant’s decoration draws from the marine world, bringing contemporary comfort and class to a Saint-Tropez beach day.

Le TIGRR
Located on the grounds of the historic Ermitage house in Saint-Tropez, Le TIGRR’s chic and opulent lounges look out to the panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Vintage furniture, checkerboard marble flooring, and a wooden and brass bar contribute to Le TIGRR’s rich character and wild spirit. Le TIGRR’s interior also boasts a unique collection of books on display and a custom-made tiger painting made with hand-embroidered fur in Vietnam.
Guests are welcome to enjoy a diverse menu with Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian foundations, all the while enjoying a live DJ set or private concert. Le TIGRR is a must-visit location for a meal with friends, day or night.
