Wolfgang Tillmans: Lumière du matin

Wolfgang Tillmans’s practice brings a new subjectivity to photography, adding his own lens to traditional styles including portraiture, landscapes, and still life. Open through June 12, his exhibition “Lumière du matin” (translating to “morning light”) at Galerie Chantal Crousel questions existing hierarchies and values through images that combine social critique with elements like playfulness and intimacy.
