Zanotta, creator of cutting-edge Italian design, debuts its 2022 collection, “Re-Connecting,” as part of Milan Design Week 2022. The brand’s theme centers on reconnecting with people, objects, and the earth in a more sustainable way, bringing authentic needs back to the center of the design process. With its new collection, Zanotta showcases comfortable, versatile, and lasting furnishings, detailed in the finest Italian artisan tradition. Regenerated materials increase sustainability without sacrificing personality. Noah, an elegant sofa, creates a welcoming and inclusive space. The updated Karelia seat, designed by Liisi Beckmann in 1966, is a timeless cult object and sculptural piece, indented with a signature wavy design, embodying the free language of the Sixties and Seventies. The Campiello armchair, designed in 1984 by architect and design studio De Pas, D’Urbino, and Lomazzi is reintroduced as Campiello+. Remaining innovative in shape, the iconic piece now boasts a swivel base which rotates 360 degrees, with a protective alcove whose bent shell provides comfort and privacy.
