Paying creative tribute to the Chinese zodiac, the Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Snake, combines art, culture, and innovation. This limited edition watch of 88 pieces includes a dial featuring a golden, three dimensional snake, intricately engraved with laser precision, slithering around the chronograph counters. Since its debut in the Louis Vuitton’s “Haute Horlogerie” collection in 2009, the Spin Time watch was the result of Michel Navas and Enrico Barbasini’s, founders of La Fabrique du Temps, first creations with the iconic brand. The luxury design has been integral to the brand for sixteen years, evolving into the new Tambour Taiko Spin Time collection, featuring six variants. The Louis Vuitton Tambour Taiko Spin Time Air Antipode is a game changer in watchmaking, offering a world first travel time complication. Developed by La Fabrique du Temps, it combines a unique jumping hours mechanism with a rotating world map that shows the time in 24 time zones. The 12 cubes around the dial represent two cities each, 12 hours apart, making it easy to track global time at a glance. With a yellow arrowhead hour pointer inspired by LV’s signature stitching and day/ night indicators, this watch brings both style and functionality in a way no other has before.
