This week in Brand New, we’re taking a look at new releases like collaborations between Hender Scheme and FRAMA, Billy Reid and Gibson, and more.

Japanese design brand Hender Scheme and Copenhagen-based design company FRAMA have joined forces for an elegant capsule collection. Bespoke furniture, home goods, and small leather pieces highlight impeccable Japanese and Danish craftsmanship. In the curated collection, past designs are refreshed and new pieces are introduced, such as understated tables, classic chairs, and FRAMA’s first wearable creation: refined leather slippers.

The Alabama-based fashion designer Billy Reid found inspiration in the iconic Nashville guitar-maker Gibson for a unique capsule collection. A skillful guitar player himself, Reid delved into the history of the brand’s signature Hummingbird pickguard artwork, collaborating with Gibson to produce a one-of-a-kind design. This work is highlighted in the collection of limited edition pieces, including our favorite, the Dover Crew—a sleek long-sleeved sweater featuring understated design and leather elbow patchwork.

Tiffany & Co. debuts “Tiffany Lock,” a unique and contemporary new collection that illuminates the ties that binds us. In stores globally this September, four all-gender bracelets carry the inclusive spirit of “No Rules. All welcome.” With their evolving padlock motif, Tiffany re-envisions the design as a call for equality and friendship. In 18k yellow, rose, and white gold, with and without diamonds, the dynamic piece’s clasp presents a new swiveling mechanism that mirrors the iconic padlock.

Let your coffee cup be daily inspiration, with the new limited edition illy “Biennale Art” collection. The summer offering was created by six diverse artists, and curator Cecilia Alemani, who participated in the 59th International Art Exhibition in Venice, Italy. Each classic vessel is an invitation to partake in the artist’s imagination and life outlook. The six cappuccino cups and serving plates explore themes such as adventure, daily rituals, immigration, and dynamism.

The Los Angeles-based jewelry designer Sydney Evan is keeping us cool all summer long with a new collection of sparkling jewels inspired by sea and oceanside getaways. We’re loving a simple gold chain sporting delightful charms of dolphins, seashells, sailboats, and seahorses. Warm sand and breaking waves are not far behind.

Cult-favorite fragrance company Le Labo has us falling in love with our favorite cities all over again with the global offering of the City Exclusive Collection. Usually only available in their respective cities, the special fragrances are now being offered everywhere, for everyone. We can’t wait to experience the fresh bohemian twist of Seoul’s Citron 28, the scandalous incense of Paris’s Vanille 44, and the profound musk of Tokyo’s Gaiac 10.

Finally, our love for furry friends meets sophisticated style with Ali Weiss’s Pave Diamond Dog Bone Stud earring. The petite, singular piece is offered in 14k white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold. Upon purchase, the company gives twenty percent to the North Shore Animal League, a pioneer of the no-kill movement.

Through September 4, let your favorite Palm Beach destination, The Colony Hotel, whisk you away to a Pink Paradise at Christie’s in Southampton. During the lavish three-week activation, guests will have an opportunity to experience the hotel’s delightful hospitality, cooling off with frozen confections and Wölffer Estate Vineyard’s iconic Summer in a Bottle Rosé, while lounging in The Colony’s signature beach buggy and striped loungers. Renowned floral designer Lewis Miller sets the scene to perfection as an opulent botanical hideaway.
