AMI Flagship

Katy Donoghue

10 September 2022

An eye-catching structure in the Garosu-gil shopping district is the home of AMI’s Seoul flagship—and the Parisian brand’s largest flagship to date. Two-story windows and a somewhat brutalist concrete facade are emblazoned with a signature A and a heart (recalling that found on a playing card), while its contrasting interiors—outfitted with light wood, black details, and a spiral staircase with glass rails—glimmer from the mirrored tiles lining the space’s walls, display tables, and accent pillars. Here, guests can shop the latest offering in men’s and womenswear, along with pieces exclusive to South Korean stores.

Whitewaller recommends: Looking out for the brand’s first in-person fashion event since the pandemic—its Spring/Summer 2023 runway show—which will be held in Seoul on October 11.
