Led by the Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser, Ardor at The West Hollywood EDITION offers California cuisine with an elegant twist. Inside, a warm and unforgettable atmosphere welcomes guests to lush plants, wooden furniture pieces, ceiling beams, chartreuse accents, and a menu full of delectable options. Divided into five sections—crudo, appetizers, entrees, charcoal grill, and vegetables—Ardor’s dishes are prepared by an all-female team of cooks. To complement each plate, fresh takes on classic drinks and fine wines are guided by the restaurant’s Beverage Director, Amy Racine, to mirror the kitchen’s focus on fresh ingredients. Seating up to 92 guests table-style, and 15 at the bar, Ardor also welcomes visitors to its terrace, which seats 42 guests.
“After our doors were closed for over a year following an initial whirlwind opening in 2019, Ardor re-emerges with our most popular dishes alongside new creations, developed in recent months,” said Fraser. “We are so thrilled to share Ardor’s locally-inspired menu with our neighbors, hotel guests, and visitors alike.”
