Bicena Seoul

Bicena

At the Kwangjuyo Group’s Michelin-starred Bicena, traditional Korean flavors are the anchor of a cuisine concept that aims to remain constant in the search for something better. Named for three Korean verbs translating to “emptying, filling, and then sharing,” Bicena’s bright atmosphere, warm wood interiors, and contemporary design elements tower above the city from its 81st-story perch within the Signiel Hotel Seoul. The dining establishment’s elegant atmosphere is complimented by Korean cultural details (like gorgeous ceramics, architecture, and of course, the food) and the Executive Chef Kwangsik Jun’s personal approach and thoughtful culinary creations.

Whitewaller recommends: Booking your meal in one of the five private rooms.
