The Dante Summer Lodge residency is taking over Aspen’s acclaimed Chefs Club at The St. Regis Aspen Resort, offering minimalistic produce-driven dishes with unforgettable Italian influences by Chef Stefano di Silvestre. Accompanied by award-winning cocktails and a memorable wine list, the refreshing coastal menu enhances the relaxing atmosphere at the resort, which is surrounded by lush greenery and red brick buildings. The New York City-based restaurant will remain in Aspen for a year-long residency through June 2022, complemented by music and wellness programming. Special for the takeover, as well, is a collaboration between Dante and the menswear fashion house Zenga, which re-designed the resort’s iconic outdoor patio.
